Clinical Services

Cancer Care Ontario’s clinical programs work with clinicians in the Regional Cancer Programs to improve the quality, safety and accessibility of cancer services across the province.

 

Cancer Imaging Program Oncology Nursing Program Pathology & Lab Medicine Program Patient Education Program Patient Experience Program Psychosocial Oncology Program Radiation Treatment Program Surgical Oncology Program Systemic Treatment Program Models of Care Program Survivorship Program Patient Reported Outcomes Program Disease Pathway Management Program Specialized Services Oversight

In partnership with a provincial clinical leader, each program:

  • monitors quality
  • develops evidence-based guidance for the system
  • works with health professionals and organizations to implement best practices

The clinical programs are organized according to key aspects of the cancer care continuum.
