Your Voice Matters Resources
Your Voice Matters (YVM) is a patient experience survey created by Ontario Health (Cancer Care Ontario). It is a set of questions that gives adult patients the chance to share, confidentially, feedback about their most recent in-person or virtual cancer care appointment.
These resources are for hospitals to share and promote Your Voice Matters with patients and staff.
