These supporting resources have been developed during the 12-year Clinical Specialist Radiation Therapist (CSRT) project. Together, the resources make up a comprehensive set of tools for envisioning, developing, implementing and evaluating new advanced practice healthcare roles in the public domain. Advanced Practice Radiation Therapist Competency Profile	Visit the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists website for more information about the competency profile.
Terms of Reference Project Oversight Committee Community of Practice	Defines the operation parameters, and the responsibilities and accountabilities for each committee.
Assessment/Selection Criteria Selection Advisory Committee Portfolio Assessment Form Defining Advanced Practice in Radiation Therapy	Provides the criteria for evaluation of the relevant submissions, including templates to record and report results.
CSRT Reporting Templates Senior Junior New	Includes structured templates for therapists to submit relevant materials and results depending on their stage of development (competency development and assessment tools, workflow diagrams, curriculum vitae templates, data sheets, etc.).
Implementation Toolkit	Sets out the primary principles for the development of a new healthcare provider role, and guides authors to the appropriate resources and tools to build a robust and compelling business case.
Interview and focus group scripts Managers Direct Supervisors Senior Clinical Specialist Radiation Therapists	Outlines the structured or semi-structured scripts to follow during an interview or for use in a focus group for the appropriate groups.
Position Descriptions Position Proposals	Provides examples of Clinical Specialist Radiation Therapist job descriptions and proposals.
Demonstration Project Final Report	Summarizes the demonstration phase, which took place from 2007 to 2010. It consisted of 4 sub-phases and focused on piloting the initial 10 Clinical Specialist Radiation Therapist roles across 5 cancer centres.
