The South West Regional Cancer Program oversees the quality and delivery of cancer services for the counties of Grey, Bruce, Huron, Perth, Middlesex, Oxford, Elgin and part of Norfolk.

Verspeeten Family Cancer Centre

The Verspeeten Family Cancer Centre (formerly, London Regional Cancer Program) at London Health Sciences Centre is the regional cancer centre serving residents within the South West region of Ontario. The program has been providing the highest quality care to patients and their families for more than 50 years. With over 21,000 active patients, and over 185,000 visits annually, Verspeeten Family Cancer Centre is the largest cancer service provider in the region.

The program offers inpatient and outpatient cancer care including radiation treatment and chemotherapy, as well as a full range of support services to help cancer patients and their families throughout the treatment process.

Tammy Quigley, BSc, MBA, MCM, CHE (she/her)

Tammy is currently Vice President of Cancer, Renal, Mental Health and Patient Flow at London Health Sciences Centre (LHSC) in London, Ontario, one of Ontario’s largest hospitals. She is also the Regional Vice President of the South West Regional Cancer Program.

Tammy’s previous experience includes various leadership roles in acute care, home care, provincial health systems, and healthcare supply chain. She is a Certified Health Executive (CHE), with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Guelph, and an MBA in Health Services Management and a Master of Communications Management, both from McMaster University. Outside of work, Tammy spends time with her family and on the water in her kayak.
