Guideline Objective

The standards aim to provide guidance to oncology nurses and administrators on the standard to achieve safe, high quality oncology nursing telepractice, irrespective of established systems within organizations to respond to patient telephone calls during business hours or after hours.

Patient Population

For the purposes of this guideline, men and women who were previously treated for a childhood cancer were not included.
