Guideline Objective

Trastuzumab emtansine (Kadcyla®) and trastuzumab (Herceptin®) have look alike/sound alike names. They are not the same product and are not interchangeable. This document outlines recommendations made by the CCO Systemic Treatment to ensure safety.
