Provincial Sarcoma Services Plan

Guideline Objective

Regional Cancer Programs across the province worked together to develop multidisciplinary programs focused on ensuring equitable access to high-quality sarcoma care for all Ontarians. Host Sarcoma Services Provider Sites, Partner Sarcoma Services Provider Sites and partner regions were identified. Under the guidance of the Sarcoma Services Steering Committee, a Provincial Sarcoma Services Plan was put into place with three regional programs — led by Toronto, Hamilton and Ottawa — and defined service delivery expectations.
