First Nations and Indigenous Communities in Ontario

This map identifies approximate locations of Indigenous communities, as well as regional cancer centres and other Indigenous healthcare and service providers in Ontario.

The goal of this map is to support health system partners in planning, education and awareness of indigenous communities across the province.

This map was created during the development of the second Indigenous Cancer Strategy to support the implementation of Indigenous cancer strategies and regional work with these communities.
