The following information identifies errors and corrections in the Ontario Cancer Statistics 2024 report and supporting products.

Updated versions of the Data Tables – Figures and Data Tables – Tables were posted on November 20, 2025. The Data Tables workbooks are the authoritative source for the latest statistics from Ontario Cancer Statistics 2024. If you previously downloaded the Data Tables workbooks, please delete the file and replace it with the current version.

 Corrected values for 1996-2000:
  • Prostate – RSR (%): 6, 95% CI (%): 89.9–91.1
  • Testis – RSR (%): 4, 95% CI (%): 82.4-91.1
  • Hodgkin lymphoma – RSR (%): 3, 95% CI (%): 79.1–83.3
  • Acute lymphocytic leukemia – RSR (%): 32.9, 95% CI (%): 27.9–38.0
