Screening sites for breast cancer are located across Ontario. Women ages 50 to 74 can call the nearest Ontario Breast Screening Program (OBSP) site to make an appointment. A doctor’s referral is not needed.

Women ages 30 to 69 who think they may be at high risk of getting breast cancer should speak with their doctor about being referred to the High Risk OBSP. Women can get screened through the High Risk OBSP if they meet certain criteria.

OBSP assessment sites help guide women with abnormal screening results through to diagnosis by coordinating follow-up tests and documenting the results of those tests.
