Guideline Objective
These Recommendations aim to provide guidance to healthcare providers and administrators on implementing optimal delivery of follow-up care for all cancer survivors by clarifying:
- The roles of primary care providers and specialist teams;
- Settings in which this care should be provided; and,
- Processes involved in organization of follow-up care.
